Tim is a veteran stand-up comedian, TV and radio personality, writer, and professional speaker who has been active for more than 20 years. He has performed around the world and entertained millions in various venues like cruise ships, chow halls in Afghanistan, colleges, and casinos. He has been a keynote speaker for corporations and events such as Perform Better Summits and the IDEA World Expo.
He was also the co-host of the weekday morning talk show Studio 10 on the CBS affiliate in Tampa, Florida. Studio 10 gave him the opportunity to realize another dream of becoming a TV chef. His weekly segment, “Tim Cooks Smart,” featured healthy and easy-to-follow recipes. Tim and his wife, co-host Michelle Phillips, won a Florida Hall of Fame award and a Culinary Academy Award for best TV presentation.
Tim has also been seen on several national shows and TV stations such as Nickelodeon’s NickMom Night Out, The Daily Buzz, BetterTV, CMT’s Next Big Comic, Daytime, WE Network, TLC, Fox Sports, CW, ESPN2, and HBO.

Tim says enjoy the grind you get in there and you put on your headphones, if you have to dance a little, no matter how hard you’re working and enjoy it, if you’re hustlin’, be happy. You got to hustle. Be glad you got something that’s grinding you towards a goal and smile the whole way through. You know, at the end of the night, when you put your head down, you just go, yeah, I deserve this sleep. I earned it and smiled and go out.
