Fyre Festival was a fraudulent luxury music festival on a remote island in the Bahamas founded by Billy McFarland, CEO of Fyre Media Inc, and rapper Ja Rule.

I was hired to work as a VIP concierge through a third party company.

When I arrived on the island in the Bahamas, I knew something was wrong.

This episode shares my experience as well as the 5 lessons I learned which included why the Fyre Festival failed:
-poor planning
-Disorganization
-integrity is essential
-The importance of a solid team
-mismanagement of capital

There are tons of lessons from this experience but ultimately I wanted to distill in down to 5 that potential were the biggest catalyst for failure and ones in which we can all learn From.
