I literally use mantras and positive affirmations atlas 2x a day, everyday.
The translation of the Sanskrit word, mantra, is “instrument or tool of the mind.” Mantras are sacred sounds in the form of syllables, words, prayers, phrases, or hymns.
A mantra, tool of the mind, aids us in slowing down the monkey mind of our incessant, unruly, and incontrollable thoughts and thus replacing those thoughts with powerful positive sayings or affirmations.
The neurological effects of consistently saying a mantra(s) on your brain are overwhelmingly positive.
Decrease stress, increase relaxation, and circulate positive energy throughout your body.
Not too mention, on a subconsciously level you are manifesting your positive affirmations using the law of attraction.
So create your I AM mantras for yourself.
Here is a brief outline of how I do it, feel free to fill in the blank on what speaks to you:

I AM (a long term goal achieved).
I AM (a philanthropic goal achieved).
I AM (a financial goal achieved).
I AM (a emotion or thought).
I like to say these positive affirmations/mantras in the morning while jumping on my rebounder and at night just before bed.
