Even the strongest computers in the world need to power down and do a reset from time to time… and so do you.
You can find that the freedom and fulfillment that you so eagerly seek are already present within you. You don’t have to go far.
Just put the phone down and get outside, and enjoy what really matters.
If you really want to become the master of your devices, then you must set barriers and actually stick to them! For example, do not touch your devices for 30 minutes after waking up and 30 minutes before going to bed. This gives your mind, body, and soul time to be present without the effects of technology during two of the most important parts of the day.
Try doing this and watch your happiness increase. Even if you just start with 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the evening, you will notice a difference.
