Life is precious and can be taken away at any moment.

Time is not guaranteed, don’t waste it.
Nature is the remedy for stress and anxiety, get outside.
Build your business around the lifestyle you want, not the other way around.
Passionate Hobbies are where most people miss the fun boat in life.
Living from abundance instead of scarcity will ensure there is always enough.
Relationships of all kinds require effort in order to be sustained.
Service over self is the mindset to true fulfillment.
Music, movies, tv, and all forms media can inspire thought, action, emotion, and state changes, so be deliberate with what you consume as it has an effect on you.
Business is simple, solve people’s problems and add value greater than it’s monetary counterpoint.
Know who your perfect target avatar customer is and speak directly to them.
If you’re not using a daily calendar, listing out your hour by hour agenda you should be.
Build a team of rockstars around you. Automate, delegate, eliminate, outsource.
Join a mastermind to expedite your success.
If you want to do something, do it. The only one who is stopping you is you.
Move your body and sweat everyday.
Health is more about what you keep out of your body than what you put in it.
Smile even when you don’t feel like it. It will change your mood.
Meditate or breathe deeply every day for atleast a couple minutes. Connect to your higher self and ask for guidance.
Live a life of passion, purpose, and positive impact.
Be patience & persistent, and it will happen.
Don’t compare yourself to others.
GOD is real.
If your family, lover and close friend relationships aren’t ok, anxiety builds, happiness suffers.
Create something your proud of and live your message.
There are valleys and peaks to nature and life. If you’re in a valley currently, there’s only up from here. If you’re on a peak, cherish it and realize everything is cyclical so plan accordingly.
Climate change is real and we need to all become apart of the solution.
Do things that are hard and challenge you everyday. You will build mental toughness. Like ice baths…
If you’re not happy with your current situation, you have the power to change it.
Don’t use the words TRY or CAN’T.
Be the love and light.
Hide your distractions in order to do real work.
Disconnect from your devices everyday.
Social media can be toxic if you don’t use it and it uses you. Set boundaries for yourself.
The earth needs our help. We must become conscious consumers and vote with our dollars.
Dogs can bring so much happiness to life, get one and be a good parent.
Oil and plastics are destroying our ecosystems.
Do things that don’t scale in your business then automate them.
Systems will set you free.
Private interests and corporate greed are the reason for the political turmoil.
Stand up for what you believe in and have the balls to fight for it.
Find gratitude and journal everyday. The act of writing down what you are grateful for can shift your entire perspective.
Be a content producer not just a content consumer.
Give yourself some love, you need it.
Sleep at least 7 hours every night. It is one of the most important things you can do for your body, mind, and spirit.
Don’t waste your time gossiping, arguing, or debating…
Have a morning routine and get your most important tasks done in the morning.
Manifestation is real. Decide what you want and manifest it.
Read or listen to a book everyday. Also, podcasts rock. If you’re not listening to them, do it. The Happy Hustle Podcast could suffice, shameless plug 😉
